Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and elevate our client's in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative leader who loves setting visual direction while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with copy.
You’ll oversee a small but mighty team of graphic designers and copywriters ensuring creative excellence across all brand touchpoints.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage designers, copy, and freelance creatives
- Set and maintain visual standards and creative direction
- Balance hands-on design work with team leadership and project oversight
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality creative on time
- Proven experience managing designers and copywriters
- Strong art direction and brand leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, onsite environment
