• Designing, developing, and validating automotive components.
• Ensuring components meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and manufacturability goals.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to successfully bring products from concept to production.
• Balancing multiple design projects while iterating quickly based on test results and engineering change requests.
• Helping shape processes and standards in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 3+ years of automotive product engineering experience from a Tier 1 supplier.
• Proficiency with CAD software (CATIA, Solid Works).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, DFM, and validation/testing methods.
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP.
• Adaptable, proactive, and hands‑on approach in a fast‑changing environment.

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification.
• Experience with prototype testing, durability, and environmental validation.

• Very nice office redone in 2018/2019.
