Join a rapidly expanding, employee‑owned civil engineering and design firm that’s shaping how communities are built and connected. As part of our continued growth, we’re adding a talented Civil CAD Designer to our Land Development team to help deliver high‑quality, innovative site design projects across commercial, residential, and institutional markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail‑oriented designer who enjoys turning ideas into precise, buildable plans in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. You’ll work side by side with engineers and project managers on impactful developments that shape real communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and refine detailed construction drawings for a wide range of land development projects using AutoCAD.
  • Assist with design calculations, quantity take‑offs, and plan preparation, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver coordinated, high‑quality site plans on schedule.
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a growing, dynamic team.
  • Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and design intent.
What You Bring
  • 5–10 years of experience in civil CAD design, ideally within land development or site design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); experience with Civil 3D strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred; high‑school diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Join a 100% employee‑owned company where your work directly contributes to shared success.
  • Be part of a growing team that values innovation, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Hybrid work flexibility following onboarding and performance review.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including:
    • 401(k) with company match and retirement plan
    • Health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing training opportunities
    • Paid time off (PTO) and performance‑based bonus programs
Work Environment
  • Primarily office‑based, with optional hybrid flexibility.
  • Occasional travel for project site visits.
  • Collaborative, supportive culture built for growth and long‑term success.
