Brief Description

Designated safety-sensitive position. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen (which will include marijuana testing) and adhere to the Drug and Alcohol Policy for duration of employment with the Credit Union.

Member Relationship Specialist – MI

We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic Branch Operations team.

Pay Range

Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role.

Education

High school degree or equivalent.

Experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of sales and service experience in a retail or financial institution environment, required.
  • Experience utilizing digital banking tools, required.

All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Requirements
  • Availability:
    Monday–Friday, 8:15 am–5:15 pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45 am–12:45 pm; number of Saturdays may increase based on business needs.
  • Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships.
  • Knowledge of all financial regulations including the Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology‑enabled services.
  • Demonstrated experience to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
