• Must possess a valid Michigan Registered Nurse License
• Experience in a home health care setting is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills / Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to create individualized care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient‑focused approach
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Will need to pass a background check and drug screening
