Systems Analyst | Helios Infrastructure

Overview

The objective of this position is to provide administrative support for multiple operating environments or systems. The incumbent will perform hardware and operating system maintenance, installation, patch/revision upgrades, account administration, file system maintenance, hardware installations, application support, and software installations on multiple operating environments. The incumbent is required to work cooperatively as part of multiple project teams for application, technology and infrastructure support.

The incumbent will participate in capacity and infrastructure planning and work within a process oriented operational environment where metrics based performance measurements are vital to success.

• Provide administrative support for multiple operating environments or systems.
• Perform hardware and operating system maintenance, installation, patch/revision upgrades, account administration, file system maintenance, hardware installations, application support, and software installations.
• Collaborate with multiple project teams for application, technology and infrastructure support.
• Participate in capacity and infrastructure planning.
• Work within a process oriented operational environment where metrics based performance measurements are vital to success.

• Associate s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of academic requirements.
• Two plus (2+) years of IT experience, preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office products including VISIO, preferred.
• ITIL certification, preferred.
• Ability to occasionally work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Within the EPIC/HELIOS Home Care & Hospice Department, in addition to above requirements, current EPIC certification required.
