Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to independently plan, set up, prove out, and optimize 3- to 5-axis milling programs for precision parts. The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and CAM programming across Tebis, Power Mill, Siemens NX CAM, and Mastercam.
You will select tooling, run multiple machines, troubleshoot issues, and train less-experienced operators while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
