LPN Nurse - up to $36.40 per hour

Join our Well Bridge team! Skilled nurses provide specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You are empowered to assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology while working with a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn $32.40 – $36.40 per hour!

• Starting LPN wage $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on years of certification
• + $3.40 Hero Pay

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors
• Perform treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications per physician orders and counsel patients/families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient status
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physiological and psychosocial well‑being
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – assign duties, provide training, contribute to recognition & evaluations

• Current Michigan LPN license and CPR certification required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred
• High analytical skills to prepare personalized care plans and solve problems
• Excellent customer service skills, commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to support the team

Entry level

Rochester Hills, MI (serving surrounding areas such as Troy, Auburn Hills, Shelby, etc.).

Full-time or part‑time; scheduling may vary.
