LPN - Bellbrook - Full-time/Supervisor Assisted Living - AFTERNOON SHIFT

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Supervisor in an Assisted Living facility. This full‑time position is part of Trinity Health Senior Communities in Bellbrook, MI.

• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Experience coordinating care for residents in an assisted‑living setting.

• Supervise, schedule, and provide guidance to LPN staff and support personnel.
• Ensure the delivery of timely, quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with clinical documentation, medication administration, and safety monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.

• Full‑time schedule with an afternoon shift.
