Culinary Concierge – Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living

We are looking for a passionate Culinary Concierge to capture meal orders, delight residents and guests with daily menu specials, and collaborate with nutrition specialists.

• Greeting guests to the building and explaining menu options and ordering process for daily specials and always available menu.
• Meeting and talking with guests on a daily basis to take meal orders.
• Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program.
• Printing meal production sheet for each meal and meal tickets.
• Updating daily menu for the dining rooms.
• Assisting with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, and preparing and serving food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.

• Serv Safe and Allergen Trained.
• Starbucks Barista trained is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
• Knowledge of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing.
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative Care.

• Starting wages $15.15 per hour.
• PLUS $0.85 Hero Pay.
