Join our Well Bridge of Rochester Hills team! You will earn: up to $19.85 per hour to start.

• Starting wages up to $19.00 per hour based on experience

Our chefs prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and culinary experience. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and maintain portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies.

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times, ensuring excellence in quality, temperature, and appearance
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors, creating a positive, healthy environment

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe certified.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
