Outside Sales/ Business Development

Qualifications:

• Experience in business-to-business and client-facing sales
• Comfortable with cold calling—both in-person and via phone—to prospect and hunt for new clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and professional social media
• High energy, competitive spirit, and a relentless drive to succeed
• Hunter mentality—persistent, proactive, and eager to chase new business opportunities
• Hungry to learn and grow in the trade of helping people succeed

Outside Sales/Business Development Responsibilities:

• Hunt, qualify, and secure new business while building strong relationships with decision-makers
• Effectively manage weekly sales planner, goals, and midterm commercial strategy
• Partner with internal sourcing, recruiting, and professional placement teams to execute sales goals
• Prepare and lead customer-facing presentations (formal and informal) on company capabilities and initiate contract discussions
• Conduct a mix of weekly business-to-business sales calls, including phone and in-person appointments
• Attend and represent the brand at company events and community involvement activities
• Build and grow the brand portfolio of existing and new clients
