• Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind)
• Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions
• Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships
• Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way)

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
