About the role

Main responsibilities:

Produce requests and action updates.
Effectively manage all email/call communications directed to the transport planning department.
Help manage the flexipod (EPOD).
Work as a team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers/stores with a ‘can do attitude’
To manage the flexipod (EPOD) system users, settings and propose improvements
Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager / supervisor
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:

Advanced skills in Excel – formulas, formatting and lookups.
Competence with Microsoft Office and its relevant functions.
Excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of individuals and issues.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good time management and team-working skills.
Good Numeracy skills.
