Part-Time Receptionist

The City Way Health Clinic is a well-established osteopathy clinic staffed by experienced professionals, including osteopaths and massage therapists. The clinic provides high-quality treatment and rehabilitation for a variety of conditions such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, and more, catering to patients of all ages, including babies, children, pregnant individuals, and adults. With three sites (Rochester, Hoo & Rainham) the clinic serves many patients especially those from the Medway areas.

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based at two of our clinics in Rochester & Hoo, Kent. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments and schedules, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The role also involves administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with scheduling, record management, and basic administrative tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in using basic office software and equipment
• Reception or front-desk experience is a plus
• Friendly and approachable attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with healthcare or osteopathic services is a plus but not mandatory.

The position will be for 17 hours per week including Mondays 08:30-13:30 and Wednesdays & Fridays 13:30-19:30.
