Duty Manager - Haven

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our arcade, delivering excellent guest experiences and leading the team on site.

• Take responsibility for site operations in the absence of the Resort Amusement Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries and initial complaints
• Support all areas of the arcade (floor, prize shop, attractions, events)
• Supervise team members, provide training, and support recruitment and performance management
• Complete rotas, timekeeping checks, team briefings, and daily administration
• Ensure accurate cash handling, transactions, banking, and stock control
• Monitor machine performance, report faults, and oversee replenishment and cleanliness
• Assist with promotions and drive local business opportunities
• Ensure the site is opened/closed correctly and runs efficiently each shift

• Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing, gambling, and health & safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and security
• Ensure correct procedures for incidents, visitors, and customer access (including Under 25 policy)
• Work within budgets and support overall site performance

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable handling cash and administrative duties
