Quality Compliance Manager

Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager | Kent & Medway

Are you working in health and social care and looking for the opportunity to develop your career in quality, compliance and governance?

We're supporting a charity in Kent and Medway to recruit a Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager.

Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team and operational managers, you'll help strengthen governance, support CQC and contractual compliance, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who understands regulated care services, is confident working with information and senior stakeholders, and enjoys turning requirements into practical solutions.

You don't need to be an expert in every area. This is a developmental opportunity for someone organised, proactive and keen to broaden their experience and take on greater responsibility over time.

Experience in learning disability and autism services would be particularly relevant.

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment in line with the Equality Act 2010. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
