Mechanical Estimator

We are currently working with a well‑established and growing M&E contractor based in Rochester who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their pre‑construction team. The business delivers a range of projects across commercial, residential and fit‑out sectors, with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.

• Preparing detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
• Reviewing tender documentation and producing accurate cost plans
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Supporting the pre‑construction team throughout the tender process
• Working closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure smooth handover

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within M&E / Building Services
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and associated costs
• Experience working on projects ranging from £500k to £5m+
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines

• £55,000-£70,000 basic salary
• Car allowance / package
