Start Date:
ASAP Salary: £70,000 per annum

Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Duties:
Preparing and managing monthly valuations, retention recovery and final accounts Project cost analysis, cost estimation, budget monitoring and variations Tendering, tender document review and value engineering Feasibility studies, financial viability and long-term cost/sustainability considerations Managing the order book and quarterly WIP assessments Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, and collaborating with the project team to optimise financial performance If you are interested, please send your CV for consideration.
