Location: Hythe, Kent (CT21)
Start Date: Wednesday, 16th September 2026 (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
Duration: 2 Days (Wednesday 16th Sept - Friday 18th Sept 2026)
Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.50 per hour (dependent on pay type)
About the RoleWe are urgently looking for a hard-working General Labourer for a 2-day placement starting tomorrow morning (16/09/26) on a construction site in Hythe
.
This short-term assignment focuses on site clearance and tidy-up duties to ensure the site stays clean, safe, and on schedule through to Friday afternoon.
Key Responsibilities- General site clean-up and clearing work areas after subcontractors (subbys).
- Sweeping, clearing construction debris, and sorting materials.
- Keeping access routes, walkways, and stairwells free of safety hazards.
- Managing waste disposal and loading rubbish into site skips.
- Following site health & safety rules and instructions from the Site Manager.
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above essential-must be held to step on site tomorrow).
- Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).
- Previous general site labouring experience.
- Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
- Physically fit for active manual work.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Wednesday 16th & Friday 18th September).
- Duration: 2 days guaranteed work.
- Quick weekly pay turnaround.
