Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're working with an established and growing business within the civil engineering, earthworks and enabling works sector, who are looking to bring an Estimator into their team.
This is a great opportunity for an Estimator who knows their way around earthworks and civils pricing, enjoys working towards targets and wants to build a long-term career with a business that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role of Estimator- Pricing and estimating earthworks, civils and enabling works projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements to produce accurate tenders
- Supporting the wider commercial team and contributing to successful project wins
- 3+ years' experience in estimating, ideally within earthworks, civils, enabling works or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of pricing and tendering, with demolition experience a bonus rather than a necessity
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint; MS Project and experience using AI tools would also be advantageous
This is a role where the package will be tailored around the right person, with genuine scope for career development.
- Negotiable PAYE salary (Circa £45k per annum) + bonus structure
- Company vehicle + fuel card
- Training, development and long-term career progression
