• Collaborate with the Education Manager to define the strategic vision, priorities, and direction of the Department.
• Provide leadership and coordination for curriculum development and innovation within a designated area of the Department's provision.
• Work in partnership with the Education Manager to deliver an innovative, engaging, and flexible curriculum that responds effectively to students' needs, with quality at its core.
• Champion learner achievement by driving high retention, attainment, and overall student success.
• Lead sustained quality improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring robust implementation of quality assurance processes and effective use of performance data.
