A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Rochester is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

About the Role

As Year 3 Teacher, you will take full classroom responsibility, delivering engaging and well-sequenced lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will create a structured and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel motivated to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
Supporting progress across English, Maths and the wider curriculum
Using assessment effectively to inform teaching
Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations
Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
Hold GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
Demonstrate secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Show strong classroom management and organisational skills
