Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant

We are looking to appoint a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team in Strood.

This full-time role will involve providing 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and make positive progress both academically and socially.

• Have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within KS2

• Be patient, nurturing, and adaptable

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Support learning both inside and outside the classroom

• Be committed to helping children achieve their full potential

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
