Immediate 4 Days Per Week We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive school team in Strood, Medway. This role involves providing PPA cover across Reception to Year 5 , delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' learning across a range of year groups and subjects. The successful candidate will:
Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience Be confident teaching across EYFS and KS1/KS2 Have excellent classroom management skills Be flexible, organised, and proactive Work effectively as part of a team Be committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment We can offer: A welcoming and supportive staff team Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils Opportunities for professional development A varied and rewarding role across the school This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking for a dynamic position within a caring school community.
