Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2026.

This is a full-time position based at our school in Rochester, Kent, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our youngest learners.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Have experience working within an EYFS setting.

Be passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
