Assistant Pastoral Leaders

We are looking for a professional and motivated pastoral member of staff to work closely with our Standards and Progress Leaders, who assume overall responsibility for each year group and ensure high quality pastoral care is available to our students. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will support our students to develop academically, socially and emotionally at Manor High School.

They will work as part of a growing team that is in place, to ensure we meet our school vision of 'Excellent People, Excellent Results'. Manor High School is an exceptional 11-16 school based in Oadby, Leicestershire, it is the highest achieving secondary school locally that has year after year performed well above average. This exceptional achievement comes from the hard-work and dedication of all staff.
