Learning Coordinator

L&D Coordinator | Creative, Ambitious & People-Focused
I'm working with a fantastic business looking for an Learning and Development Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being creative, working with people and making a real impact. The role offers a unique blend of training design, training delivery and coordination, giving you exposure to the full learning cycle rather than just the admin side.
It could suit a recent graduate, an aspiring L&D professional, or even a teacher, trainer or coach looking to move into a corporate learning environment.
What's in it for you?
✅ Paid CIPD Level 3 qualification
✅ Clear progression pathway into an L&D Advisor role
✅ Hybrid working
✅ Private medical insurance
✅ Annual bonus
You'll be:

* Designing engaging learning content and training materials

* Supporting and delivering training sessions and workshops

* Using digital tools and creative thinking to enhance learning experiences

* Coordinating learning activities and ensuring programmes run smoothly
I'm looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with others and eager to build a long-term career within Learning & Development. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, creativity and a genuine passion for helping others develop.
If you're ambitious, people-focused and looking for a role where you can shape how people learn and grow, I'd love to hear from you
