Thursday 22nd October 2026 FULL TIME EQUIVALENT SALARY: £51,773 (RLG1) to £57,137 (RLG5)- pending 3.5% cost of living increase plus Local Government Pension Scheme LOCATION :
Oasis Restore in Rochester, Medway, Kent. WORKING PATTERN: 39 hours per week and some unsociable hours DISCLOSURE LEVEL:

At Oasis Restore, we believe every child should have the opportunity to discover what they are good at, experience new things and develop genuine aspirations for their future. Covering some long term absence within the team, as our Careers and Enrichment Leader (fixed-term) , you will build partnerships with employers, education providers, charities and other organisations, creating an exciting programme of enrichment and careers opportunities for children at the country's first secure school.

You will coordinate activities and events, support careers education and work with individual children to help them explore routes into education, training and employment. This is not just about careers advice. It is about opening doors, broadening horizons and creating opportunities . You will need to be an excellent relationship-builder, a natural organiser and someone who can see potential in children even when they may struggle to see it in themselves.

Our Academy Oasis Restore is the country's first secure school that is a proof-of-concept policy initiative funded by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Oasis Restore's mission is to transform the life chances of children aged 12-18 years in the criminal justice system through delivering psychologically informed, integrated practice that centres on trusted, safe relationships between staff and children. Oasis Restore is a learning community that embeds hope, stability, and opportunity for children beyond the secure school.
