Contract Manager (Plant/HVAC) – Rochester

£50,000 - £60,0000 + Bonus + Company Car + Mon-Fri + Progression + Benefits

Are you a Senior Engineer/Supervisor with a background in Plant/HVAC? This role offers progression into Project Management with a leading company, the support to progress, and the chance to work on specialist projects for a portfolio of clients while receiving a generous yearly bonus.

This is a long-established, tight-knit company that maintains pumps, pipework, and plant rooms, working with blue-chip clients around London as well as local smaller clients. They are looking for the right person to oversee contractors on multiple projects across the business and help win tenders.

The role involves creating quotes, liaising with clients, and managing teams of contractors on site. You will split time between the head office in Rochester and on-site work around London to draw up plans, complete administrative tasks, and support managers.

This role suits someone from a Plant/HVAC/Engineering background seeking a new challenge with progression into Project Management within a well-established company offering ongoing career development.

• Supervising contracts across multiple projects.
