Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services/Lighting Design)
Location: Rochester, England
Salary & Benefits: £45,000 – £55,000 + Training + Progression + Private Healthcare + Pension
Responsibilities- Lead design and delivery of electrical systems for building services projects
- Prepare technical specifications, schematics and design reports
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet company and customer standards, including health and safety
- Support business development by preparing fee proposals and tender submissions
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for all projects
- Background in building services/MEP/lighting design/low‑voltage power or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD (REVIT experience desirable)
- Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills
- Experience in sustainability sector preferred
