Site Supervisor

We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor on a 6 month contract at the Medway One development at the former Kingsnorth Power Station site in Kent.

The Site Supervisor role comes with a rate of £35-£40 per hour. The successful candidate will have experience in Power Generation and a Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, or a related discipline).

Key skills
Support the day-to-day management of the site during the pre-construction phase, ensuring it remains safe, secure, and operational.
Coordinate and oversee contractors carrying out maintenance, inspection, and enabling works, acting as the primary on-site point of contact.
Monitor contractor performance, site progress, and the completion of assigned works, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and security tours, identifying, reporting, and helping resolve any site issues.
Support the management of existing site infrastructure, environmental monitoring activities, and other operational requirements.
Promote and monitor compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including the review of risk assessments and method statements.
