Basic Salary £29,000 + Guaranteed Payments + Company Car/Allowance

Realistic OTE £65,000+ Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maximise estate agency lead opportunities
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain FCA compliance

Requirements

• CeMAP 1 (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven and customer-focused attitude
