Academics is an excellent and friendly school based in Rochester that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking caretaker to join their site team immediately.
Key Responsibilities- Completing general maintenance duties.
- Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
- Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.
- Previous site/premises experience required.
- School experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
- General maintenance experience.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
