Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. This full‑time position runs Monday – Friday.

• Carry out routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are clean, hygienic and presentable at all times.

• Regularly check cleaning standards across assigned areas.
• Identify issues such as damage, spillages or hygiene concerns and address them promptly.

• Support site security by monitoring access points.
• Report unauthorised persons or suspicious activity and manage doors and restricted areas appropriately.

• Report accidents, hazards or maintenance issues immediately, following company procedures.

• Maintain a professional, friendly, approachable manner when interacting with staff, visitors and contractors.
• Provide assistance where required.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Proactively identify and report potential hazards.

• Complete cleaning checklists and logs accurately.
• Ensure all duties are carried out in line with required standards.

• Must have previous experience in cleaning.
• Must have an approachable attitude.
