Up to £43,000 Basic  AP Allowance  Standby Payments  Overtime Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the Estates team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased engineer looking to step into leadership or further develop their supervisory experience within a large, evolving hospital environment. Duties of the Mechanical Supervisor include:
Supervising and supporting a team of mechanical engineers Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities Providing technical support across HVAC, plumbing, pipe fitting and mechanical systems Ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely and compliantly Managing maintenance records and compliance documentation Supporting plant inspections, servicing and repairs Undertaking AP duties or completing AP training Participating in the on-call rota and supporting the wider estates team The Mechanical Supervisor will have: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline Background in Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning, Pipe fitting or Building Services Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer Strong leadership and people management skills Good IT skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams AP experience desirable but not essential Ex-Forces candidates are encouraged to apply Benefits:
