Lead production engineering, driving process improvement, efficiency, and performance

Experienced Production/Manufacturing/Engineering Manager leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in continuous improvement and delivering efficiency-focused projects.
Strong collaborator across production, quality, and maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance.
