Job Title - Machine Operator – 4 On, 4 Off Days
Location - Rochester, Kent
Salary: £25,780
Shift: 4 On, 4 Off (6:00am – 6:00pm)
Job Role of the Machine Operator.
A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Machine Operator to join a stable and well-established food manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a production professional looking to develop their career within a highly automated manufacturing environment, operating advanced production machinery and supporting the delivery of production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Sector – Manufacturing
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Machine Operator.
Previous Machine Operator or Production Operator experience within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Machine Operator.
Experience working within the UK food manufacturing sector.
Experience working with automated production machinery.
Knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing.
