Production Section Leader
Location:
Strood (commutable from Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone).
We’re a growing manufacturer looking for a Production Section Leader to take ownership of a production section, develop leadership skills, and progress within the business.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day production.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team.
- Monitor performance and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across the section.
