As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to the highest industry standards, ensuring every repair leaves the workshop with a flawless finish.

• Preparing vehicles and panels ready for the painting process.
• Mixing and applying paints to achieve accurate colour matches and high-quality finishes.
• Carrying out primer, basecoat and clear coat applications using approved techniques.
• Polishing and rectifying minor paint defects where required.
• Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas to a high standard.
• Working closely with Panel Beaters and the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
• Following manufacturer specifications and health and safety procedures at all times.
• Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship within agreed repair times.

We're looking for an experienced individual who takes pride in producing first-class paint finishes.

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher.
• Recognised qualification in Vehicle Refinishing (NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds / ATA or equivalent), with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Experience working within a Bodyshop, accident repair centre or commercial vehicle environment.
• Excellent knowledge of modern refinishing techniques and paint products.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to achieving exceptional quality.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
