Are you an experienced CNC Setter/Operator looking for a stable role within a close‑knit team that offers robust training and genuine career growth? This leading manufacturer of electrical equipment is looking for a skilled CNC Setter/Operator to support steady department growth.

On offer is a clean manufacturing facility operating on alternating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm shifts. You will manage machine changeovers, optimise tooling and modify programmes using Fanuc and Mitsubishi systems across Mori Seiki, Citizen, and Muratec machinery while working autonomously to high‑precision 5S standards.

• Lead machine changeovers and high‑precision production runs.
• Modify Fanuc and Mitsubishi programmes on modern CNC machines.
• Inspect parts to strict tolerances using precision measuring gauges.

• Must have 3+ years of CNC setting and operating experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read engineering drawings and work autonomously on production runs.
• Systems background with Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls and Mori Seiki or Citizen machines is ideal.
• Shift pattern rotating weekly: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm.
