MACHINE OPERATORS WANTED – MEDWAY 🚨
Connect Personnel are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to join a growing team within the food industry.
📍
Location:
Medway
💰 Salary: £26,000–£27,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE)
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰
Hours:
08:30–16:30 or 08:30–17:00
📈 Position:
Temp-to-perm or permanent, depending on experience (DOE)
🔧 The Role
You will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring products are processed efficiently and safely, and maintaining high standards throughout the production process.
✅ The Ideal Candidate
* Previous machine operating experience
* Experience with in food, pharma or manufacturing/processing environments is advantageous
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hardworking
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Able to work as part of a team
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment
