Machine Operator
£26,000 + Shift Allowance + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits
Rochester, Kent (Commutable from: Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Strood)
Are you a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking for a permanent position offering excellent training, career progression and a great working environment?

This company are a well-established manufacturer currently going through an exciting period of growth and positive change. With new products, improved processes and increasing workload, they are looking to strengthen their production team.
On offer is a hands-on position where you will set and operate production machinery, carry out quality checks, resolve basic machine stoppages and help improve production efficiency, quality and waste reduction.
This role would suit a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking for a secure position offering training, development and long-term career progression.
The Role:
Set and operate production / packing machinery
Carry out quality checks, basic maintenance and resolve machine stoppages
Support continuous improvement, efficiency and waste-reduction activities
The Candidate:
Machine Operator / Production Operative experience
Manufacturing / plant / FMCG background
