Are you a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking for a permanent night-shift position offering a great 4-on-4-off working pattern, training and long-term career progression?
On offer is a stable position with a growing manufacturer where you will receive ongoing development, a night-shift allowance and plenty of time off through the 4-on-4-off shift pattern.
This company are a well-established manufacturer currently going through an exciting period of growth and positive change. With new products, improved processes and increasing workload, they are looking to strengthen their production team.
On offer is a hands-on role where you will operate automated production machinery, complete quality checks, resolve basic machine stoppages and work as part of a close-knit production team to achieve safety, quality and efficiency targets.
This role would suit a Machine Operator or Production Operative looking for a secure night-shift position offering training, progression and an excellent work-life balance.
The Role:
- Operate and set automated production / packing machinery
- Complete quality checks and resolve basic machine stoppages
- 4 on, 4 off Night shift - 6pm to 6am
The Candidate:
- Machine Operator / Production Operative experience
- Manufacturing / FMCG background
- Commutable to Rochester
