What You'll Do:

Sell with

Purpose:

Use your experience to understand customer needs and offer the perfect car and add-ons.
Drive Results:
Handle a high volume of leads and turn them into sales with your engaging and persuasive personality.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous car sales experience (main dealer or independent)-ideally with a proven sales record.
Passion: A love for cars and a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.
People

Skills:

An engaging and persuasive personality, with excellent phone manner and the ability to upsell.
Self-Starter:
You know when to take the initiative and when to ask for support.

Great Pay: £22k basic, with an achievable £60k OTE - top performers are earning in excess of £85k.

Hours:

5 Days Per Week
Monday to Friday: 9am - 7.30pm
Saturdays: 8.30am - 6pm
