Experienced in estate agency valuations and winning new business?

We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Valuer to join a successful and growing estate agency in the Medway area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a passion for winning instructions, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll play a key role in valuing properties, securing new business, and contributing to the continued success and profitability of a high-performing branch.

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Conduct accurate property valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
• Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
• Stay up to date with the local property market and industry trends
• Work closely with the sales team to match properties with suitable buyers
• Support the day-to-day success and profitability of the branch
• Lead morning meetings and support the team in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets

• Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, or a similar customer-facing sales environment
• Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Professional, driven, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
