Internal Sales Executive

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers interested in solar PV systems
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend suitable solar solutions
• Explain system benefits, costs, savings, and installation processes clearly and confidently
• Convert qualified inbound leads into completed sales
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Work closely with design, survey, and installation teams to ensure smooth customer handover
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience - no direct experience needed
• Strong phone-based sales and objection-handling skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and consultative approach
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems

• Competitive £35,000 basic salary + comms
