• Conduct Section 42 inquiries to identify and assess risks to vulnerable adults.
• Develop and implement safety plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive safeguarding measures.
• Provide guidance and support to individuals and families, enhancing their safety and well‑being.
• Document and report safeguarding concerns accurately and timely.
• Regularly attend team meetings in Medway to collaborate and share insights.

• Experience: A minimum of 18 months of experience in Safeguarding Services, with hands‑on involvement in Section 42 enquiries.
• Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hybrid Working Commitment: As this is a hybrid position, successful candidates must visit Medway regularly, enabling hands‑on engagement.
