Minimum Qualifications

• Has at least one year of customer service experience.
• Has at least one year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to work on a computer.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

• Previous experience working in athletics.
• Previous experience working in ticketing.
• Familiar with operating Ticketmaster from a seller standpoint.
