Collaborates with on and off campus partnerships. Shared supervision of graduate assistant, student interns, and student assistants.

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, student development, or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of two years experience with leadership development, service learning/community engagement programs, and event planning.
• A minimum of two years experience advising students and/or student organizations and supervising students.
• Graduate internship experience considered.
• Strong experience in the use of a computer for word processing, spreadsheets, database, financial systems, email, on-line calendars, researching on the web, social networking.
• Working knowledge of student development theory.
• Sensitivity and commitment to enhancing the student experience through the understanding of leadership and human relations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others from diverse and inclusive backgrounds.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

• Master’s degree preferred.
